As a “customer” that actually didn’t use the service in the end, I still wanna post five star just for the caring and kindness delivered by the staff. We initially called for winch out in a snowy Saturday night, and the staff responded immediately. However there’s another tow truck just stopped by that can provided instant help so we called back to canceled the request. What I really appreciate is that instead of just hanging up, the staff double checked that we were in good shape with the alternative helper. I’m really grateful for this caring and kindness!

He answered his phone, this was already more than most of them could bother to do on a Friday night or even Sat morning. He had a flat bed truck, also more than some of the others around there. He came out just as he said he would and picked the vehicle up, also just as he said he would. I wasn't expecting him to even take a gander until Monday, but I had told him I was needing my vehicle to get back to work out of town, and to my surprise it was actually done and I could have picked it up Sunday evening. The job wasn't easy, and the outcome could have been very bad. His meticulous work saved the vehicle, one wrong move and it could have been a lost cause.

long story short, on a trip with my bf to tennessee and all of a sudden we hear a scraping noise from the plate underneath his car. googled and called this shop, was super friendly and got us in. fixed and out the door in 20 mins! such a relief and a huge help! thank you thank you thank you! highly recommend 💓
